I must be getting better at actions because this one worked for me on the second time around! The first one I had to keep tweaking and tweaking. I only had to restart this one once lmao! I was going to make it with a flag pole but thought that people would like it better as an accent so I left it be.

Ok onto the details of the action. The action finishes as 2324x1424 300DPI for easy resizing. Completely interactive, choose all the colors for the flag. Comes with examples for you to use as well! Tested in CS2, CS3, and CS4. You may also customize this flag to suit any of your needs!
