This License is a one time fee for a LIFETIME for scrappers and card makers.

By purchasing a CU4CU license, you will have unlimited use to the end results of my actions and templates. 

Name and business information and the proof of purchase (a screen shot is fine) should be emailed to padezigns@aol.com and a customized license graphics will be emailed to you within 48 hours. 

Rules and Conditions do apply:

My CU packs do not count as part of the license agreement. Only my actions and templates may be used for this license.

Actions and templates themselves cannot be sold or shared.  However you can sell the end result or images of the actions and templates, include them in your kits, stashes, designer resources, grab bags, etc.

You must mix the end result images of the action and templates with your other images to make a bundle products, stashes or grab bags.

Do not sell the action or template end result images by themselves.  Meaning your products should have no more than 50% of my action and template end result images.

Purchasing this license does not give you the right to transfer the CU4CU license to your customers.  You must direct them to me to purchase a license of their own.

Only the merged action or template images can be sold commercially, making templates out of the action or changing a few things in one of my templates and then selling them is not permitted.

You must indicate that license was provided for you to resell the end result products in your TOU's and you may place the license graphic in your store website or blog where you are planning to sell the graphics and you must link the customized graphic to http://pandadezigns.blogspot.com.

This product is for license only, action and template products are sold separately. This license agreement is subject to change.
