I have to say I am very proud of this little item. I have no idea what made me think to create it but I am glad I did lol. These candles are CU OK and you MAY use them to add to your own PTU kits. However they are not to be sold in element packs. They must be put into kits if you are going to resell them. And please as always respect the TOU, it's not just there for eye candy lol!
