Re-size and/or recolor to suit your needs DO NOT claim altered graphic as your own Use item/s for the creation of non-digital or stationary products that are to be used by you and not used for any commercial or monetary gain of any kind

Produce income from any graphic/s in this kit. Use any of my graphics to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works. Share these graphics, zip files or folders with ANYONE Resell, sub-license or otherwise make available my work on CD's. Offer any item/s on any webpage for download, send them through a list such as a news or Yahoo group or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise. You may not take any part of these graphics and add it to your scrap kits, CU items ect. and claim the resulting graphic as your own. Take any of these items, AS IS or enhanced and add them to an element/paper/poser pack for resale or free use. They are not to be resold as is in a pack nor are they allowed to be used in kits or packs for sale or for free.

Commercial Use

YOU MAY

Use up to 30% of my CU items in your kits or projects whether commercial use or personal use, PTU or FTU. Recolor/re-size, but you may not claim altered items as your own. Use these in kits. Use these in Blog layouts, templates, ect. Use these for tutorials, but my blog link must be visible on tut page. Use these in the creation of stationary or non-digital works so long as the end result is sold for personal use only. These items cannot be used to create any product/s that are sold for commercial use ability.

YOU MAY NOT

Use any of my work to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works. Share these graphics, zip files or folders (together or separately) with anyone else. Resell, sub-license or otherwise make available my work on CD's. Offer any item/s for download, send them through a list such as a news or Yahoo group or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise. Redistribute these items AS IS for personal or commercial use. Recolor item and submit in an element pack for PU or CU, or recolor item and claim altered item as your own. Take any of these works, break them up and use the parts for CU or PU
